Upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication, the corresponding author will receive a copyright transfer form along with the acceptance letter. This form must be completed and signed by all contributing authors. The copyright transfer ensures that the journal holds the rights necessary to publish and distribute the work, while also allowing the authors to retain certain personal use rights. It is a critical step in the publication process, and no article can proceed to publication without the completion of this transfer.
