Archiving Policy

Journal of the Clinical Ascent is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and usability of all published content. The journal implements a digital archiving strategy to safeguard scholarly materials against loss, corruption, or technological obsolescence. All articles are stored in the journal’s official platform using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) and are regularly backed up to maintain data integrity and continuous availability.

To enhance preservation and global accessibility, the journal supports participation in recognized archiving systems and repositories, such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS, where applicable. In addition, authors are permitted to deposit and disseminate the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms, provided proper citation to the original publication is maintained. This policy ensures that the journal’s content remains permanently accessible to the academic community and the public.
