Archiving Policy

Journal of Comparative Education Nexus is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published scholarly content. To achieve this, the journal implements a comprehensive digital archiving strategy in accordance with international standards of scholarly publishing.

The journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to digitally preserve its content. PKP PN provides free archiving services for journals using Open Journal Systems (OJS), ensuring that published articles remain accessible even in the event that the journal is no longer available online.

In addition, the journal supports participation in distributed archiving systems such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS), which create multiple copies of journal content across a network of participating libraries to guarantee long-term digital preservation and security.

All published articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to ensure persistent and reliable access. The journal also encourages authors to deposit their published works in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or other recognized digital archives, provided that proper acknowledgment of the original publication in Journal of Comparative Education Nexus is clearly stated.

Through these archiving mechanisms, Journal of Comparative Education Nexus ensures the durability, accessibility, and integrity of its scholarly record over time.
